  • "In general we found the property comfortable and cosy and we enjoyed our four day stay."

Its position in the Market Place makes it accessible and within walking distance for all the main shops as well as being very close to the Gallery and the Church which are both well worth visiting. (And of course Masham is within easy reach of other interesting and attractive towns and villages). Our only minor concern with the property would be with the lighting which although probably fine during the summer might be a problem for those staying.during the darker autumn and winter months. Thank you for all the information about the property supplied ahead of our visit. Joan and Mike (Eames).

  • "Well appointed cottage, amazingly clean and furnished …."

The bed was too hard for me, but that is purely personal choice…. I would definitely book again

  • "Beautiful little cottage."

Very enjoyable stay.Should have and would have been 5 stars but for outside sitting area.Needs a bit of T.l.c.to say the least

Thank you for your feed back and glad you enjoyed the accommodation. The outside area does require some attention. And will be attended to. Only the immediate outside space with table and chairs on belong to the apartment. Thank you Property Owner

  • "The cottage was lovely and in a great location close to cafes etc, and just what we needed."

Our only criticism is the directions for finding it which seem to have been written by AI using Google Earth, rather than someone who actually knew the location! They were over elaborate, unnecessary, and brought us round the back and through a rear passage rather that just telling us to make a simple turn and park up on the market place, near the door of the cottage. We only found it because we asked a passer by. We had driven up and down looking for Park Square which is not well signed, and in fact there is no need to go into Park Square at all.

Thank you for your feed back. I will contact Sykes to review the directions. Best wishes Sue Property Owner
