"Thank you Sabi for the bread milk orange juice butter and chocolate, That was very generous of you and a real help when you first arrive."
We had a loverly week, everything was spotless and you were a loverly host. My only disappointment was that we could not control the heating, it did go on at 6.30am for two hours and 7pm for 2 hours and you said we could contact you if cold and you would put it on, we have never stayed anywhere that has done this before with Sykes. Apart from that we had a great time and thank you very much for your hospitality .
Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to hear of the issues you raised regarding the heating at Rock Hollow. I can confirm the heating is controlled by a central system. If you had contacted me at the time I I would have been happy to have made any alterations you had requested. regards the owner Property Owner

"I wanted to thank Saby for being so accommodating and helpful during our stay."
The welcome parcel of milk, bread and butter waiting in the fridge was so lovely especially when one travels from far away. Being able to make a nice cup of tea and buttered toast on arrival makes a difference. Thank you.
thank you very much for your kind words, i am glad you have enjoyed your stay with us. Kind Regards the Owner Property Owner

"Rock Hollow was a great location to explore this part of Yorkshire, with comfortable accommodation and also good walks straight from the property."
The owner was a good host and happy to help and answer questions. The owner is also a great cook and offers a catering service by arrangement. The property does have locked access points to the owners accommodation and perhaps the addition of bolts that the renter can use for peace of mind would be a useful addition.
Thanks very much for your comment , I am glad you enjoyed your stay , hope to see you in the near future. Kind Regards From the owner Property Owner

"The property is comfortable and everything I needed however the listing does mentions 2 car parking places ."
The listing does need to say the owner will move his car when you need the space . The pictures show table and chairs in the garden area but they weren’t there . I had a problem with the boiler not working but the owner eventually got it sorted however the boiler is situated in the top of the house and the owner needs to gain access into the holiday let .The only thing that bothered me that owner resides in the same building as the front door adjoins so the post comes through the front door where the lounge is ,also they is another door at the top of the stairs which joins on to the owners property. The listing should mention that the owner does live on the premises.
Dear Mrs Holmes, Thank you very much for your Feedback, I'm really sorry about the problem we had with the boiler, however it's been sorted . Now the wether is inproved , table and chairs are provided on the patio area . Kind Regards from the owner Property Owner
