  • "We enjoyed our stay once again lovely cosy cottage ,but the internet is still very poor."

It would be nice if it could be sorted. Regards Val.

  • "Overall very nice, clean and comfortable."

You may as well admit the WiFi is virtually non existent. Took my own hairdryer as had read in previous review there wasn't one, only place we've been to that hasn't provided one. Only 2 of us so enough crockery and cutlery.

  • "Very disappointed in cleanliness of property, I’m glad I took my anti bacterial wipes."

Plenty of cobwebs around. And no freestanding bath as listed in details!!! WI-FI is very very limited was not able to access any streaming services at all. You need to take dishwasher tablets as there isn’t any. Could have done with hoover at property as I would have gladly used it. As for position of cottage it’s was good for traveling into Barney and surrounding areas, very quiet spot, which is what we like. But if asked if I’d go back unfortunately not. Needs quite a bit of updating.

  • "Lovely clean and comfortable cottage, peaceful and quiet."

Only downside was there were 4 of us and felt there could have been more drinking glasses, crockery and cutlery. Wifi not great. However, we did enjoy the cottage and would use again. The beds were so comfy.

This little cottage is a perfect retreat if you just want to relax, it’s homely beds are comfortable, lovely clean bedding, tv said it had Netflix etc but could not access it at all, Wi-Fi didn’t work, shower was lovely but draining of the water down plug hole was slow, ivy cottage was clean and tidy, but all in all a lovely little cottage

  • "Disappointing that that there was no method of using Netflix etc."

Although I vy cottage had adequate signal from the aerial there wasn't for example a firestick to access player etc. Silly things like the extractor in the wet room wasn't working and frankly with us taking our dog a hoover would have been a boon. However ,for space and comfort it was very good, heating was perfect and the kitchen had all you needed All in all I would recommend this peaceful spot which I note was under new management. I say this because other reviews pinpoint similar problems nevertheless a very pleasant stay!!
