With so much to see and do here, you’ll have no issues planning your day trips and adventures from your Anglesey accommodation, that’s for certain! On the island’s eastern coast, we’d highly recommend taking a trip to the bustling village of Moelfre. Popular with water sports enthusiasts, fishers and beachgoers, this fantastic village is often packed full of visitors during the summer. Whilst visiting, why not stop off at the Kinmel Arms for a pint of local beer and a stonebaked pizza on their fantastic terrace? If you’re lucky, you might even catch some live music whilst here!

Other popular seaside towns and villages include the idyllic Cemaes Bay and Newborough which is home to one of the Island most popular beaches, the perfect day away from your Anglesey holiday cottages!

On the other hand, the island’s west coast is also a great place to consider visiting, particularly the popular tourist town of Rhosneigr. Similar to Moelfre, here you’ll find plenty of people taking part in a whole host of water sports from stand-up paddleboarding to kayaking and surfing. When you're feeling a bit peckish, we’d highly recommend stopping off at the Oyster Catcher for some delicious, locally-sourced seafood!
